Winemaking and aging: The grapes are hand-selected before machine harvesting, ensuring only quality grapes are picked. Traditional fermentation with the skins for two weeks at controlled temperature. The wine completes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

• Color: Ruby red with violet reflections
• Bouquet: Full with distinct notes of violet
• Taste: Slightly tannic, with notes of cherry and berries

Food pairings: Pairs well with all dishes but prefers red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
